Eleanor Klock is a Filipino-American cartoonist based in Oregon. She’s been making online comics about her daily anxieties under the moniker “norkpen” since she was a teenager.
Eleanor is the 2025-26 Anne Elizabeth Richardson Fellow for the Oregon Cartoon Project.
